Bio-remodelling injections
What is bio-remodelling injections treatment?
Bio-remodelling injections work to add volume and improve skin quality from within the skin layers to restore hydration, improve texture and laxity, and increase firmness. Newest, by Mastelli, is formulated with polynucleotides (PN-HPT) and non-cross linked hyaluronic acid, bringing the benefits of both biostimulators and hyaluronic acid dermal fillers.
When used in combination, polynucleotides and non-cross linked hyaluronic acid provide a much more comprehensive approach to ageing. Hyaluronic acid replenishes lost volume and enhances overall facial symmetry, whereas the restorative properties of polynucleotides harness the body’s ability to repair. Together, signs of ageing are reduced and cells are given the power to prevent future damage, resulting in a boost in the skin’s radiance and luminosity.
What are Polynucleotides?
Polynucleotides have quickly become part of the range of skin regenerative treatments supporting longevity and wellness. An injectable biostimulator, harnessing the technology of natural polynucleotide based bio-stimulating gel to restore skin firmness, tone and elasticity. The polynucleotides work to moisturise, reduce free radical damage and boost collagen production. Treatment consists of a series of injections which work at a cellular level – encouraging the skin to regenerate from within, restoring skin tone, hydration and helping to reduce wrinkles.

What are the benefits of hyaluronic acid dermal filler and polynucleotides combined?
The combination of dermal fillers and polynucleotides offers a comprehensive approach to facial and body rejuvenation. While dermal fillers provide immediate volume and contouring, polynucleotides work over time to improve the skin’s quality, making the results more natural and longer-lasting.
- Enhanced results: Polynucleotides improve skin texture and elasticity, creating a smoother canvas for dermal fillers. This combination ensures that the filler results look more natural and refined.
- Longer-lasting effects: Polynucleotides extend the longevity of dermal fillers by promoting healthier skin. Healthier skin holds fillers better, meaning the results can last longer than fillers alone.
- Holistic rejuvenation: By addressing both the volume loss and skin quality, this combination treatment offers a more holistic approach to anti-aging. Patients can enjoy a youthful appearance with natural-looking results.
What is the difference between cross-linked and non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid?
Hyaluronic acid is a naturally found chemical in the skin, joints, and other connective tissues of the body. It is a gel-like substance that plays a role in maintaining the hydration of the skin and tissues. It moisturises skin, rejuvenates skin cells, and reduces the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines.Â
Hyaluronic acid, in its natural form, is non-cross-linked and breaks down at a faster rate. Therefore it is chemically modified to create cross-linked HA which is a thicker gel. While cross-linked hyaluronic is far more stable and durable compared to its natural state. The process of cross-linking makes the product thicker and more difficult for the body’s enzymes to break down and disintegrate.Â
