“My breast augmentation journey with Mr. Olivier Amar has been nothing short of outstanding. I undertook a considerable amount of research when selecting a surgeon for the procedure and that has well and truly paid off as I feel that mv results are simply amazing. During every consultation Mr. Amar has put me at ease and has been so kind and reassuring. He is an incredibly skilled surgeon who has delivered a result which has more than exceeded my expectations. Both he and his team have been absolutely wonderful during the entire process. I would highly recommend anyone embarking on a surgical journey to choose Mr. Amar as he is a consummate professional and skilled surgeon whose natural results speak for themselves.”

“I am more than delighted with the result of breast augmentation by Mr Amar, as the whole process was to the highest standard professional and personal, from discussing what size and aesthetic result I am hoping for from my breast augmentation, to what kind of breast would suit my frame and the lifestyle.
As an active and ocean and summer loving person, I was surprised how much a seemingly small thing like finally being able to wear beautiful summer backless dress that falls nicely on my back and looks shapely and feminine on my front, that just meant so much to me, it affected me in a way I felt light and wonderful, making me feel really like a fresh new person with my confidence, and enjoying a bit more in social situations knowing I do look lovely and shapely in that gorgeous backless dress.”
Doing the procedure was a huge step for me but he made it effortless. The results are far beyond what I could’ve expected. Very natural just as requested. I am very pleased and would highly recommend Mr. Amar’s service.

“Mr Amar is incredible. I went to see him about having a “mini” breast augmentation, to improve the appearance of my breasts after having had three children.
He was attentive and understanding in his consultations with me, and is clearly an exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced surgeon. It was clear in consultation with him that he understands exactly what overall aesthetic result will be achieved by each particular type of implant, and his recommendation for my case was perfect.”
Olivier is a very gifted surgeon, partly due to his unerring sense of perfection and quest for a natural look. The aftercare was superb.
Did you know?
WHERE IS THE IMPLANT PLACED?
Breast implants are introduced most commonly via an incision in the fold under the breast, or they could be placed via an incision in the armpit or around the areola, the darker skin around the nipple. Implants can be placed on top of the chest muscle or under the muscle. The latter gives a little more ‘padding’ for slim women concerned that the outline of their implant might be visible.
WHAT IS CAPSULAR CONTRACTURE?
A normal reaction to the presence of a foreign body in the organism is to isolate it from the foreign body with a hermetic membrane called a ‘periprosthetic capsule’. Normally this membrane is thin, supple and imperceptible but the reaction can increase and the capsule can thicken, become fibrous and contract exerting pressure on the implant, it is then known as a ‘contracture’.
HOW LONG DOES BREAST AUGMENTATION WITH IMPLANT SURGERY TAKE?
The operation may take between 60-90 minutes.
ARE SILICONE IMPLANTS SAFE?
Silicone implants have been extensively tested, both in the UK and around the world and have been shown to be safe. Studies have shown that our bodies are exposed to far greater levels of silicone in everyday life than occurs when you have breast implant.
WILL I HAVE OBVIOUS SCARS FOLLOWING BREAST AUGMENTATION WITH IMPLANT SURGERY?
There may be a scar of around 4cm located discreetly in the fold under the breast. These will usually be red at first, then purple, and then fade to become paler over 12 to 18 months. Scarring will be at its most noticeable during the first few months following surgery. Scars will be raised and a different colour to your skin. They will eventually flatten and fade. The scars may not take on their final appearance until a full 18 months after surgery.
DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING BEFORE ANY BREAST SURGERY?
For breast augmentation surgery, an ultrasound or mammogram will be required in order to check the breast tissue. It is seriously recommended to stop smoking a least one month before and after surgery, as smoking can delay healing.
AM I REQUIRED TO WEAR SPECIFIC CLOTHING FOLLOWING SURGERY?
After breast augmentation, you will need to wear a soft, elastic, compression bra and band for between three and six weeks to support recovery during the healing period which is easy to hide under your clothes. A compression bra helps with skin retraction and to reduce swelling as the surgical area is healing.
WHEN WILL I SEE THE RESULTS OF BREAST AUGMENTATION WITH IMPLANTS?
This can be truly seen from two to three months after surgery, the time necessary for the breasts to become softer and for the implants to settle.
